Returns & Exchanges

At Coolibar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun-protective apparel; if for any reason you are not, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your return reason and generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
